– How it's done !

Gary will inspect your tiles and grout lines.

The grout must be stable and not crumbling or missing. In the event that this has occurred, your tiles are unable to be cleaned.

The process:

1. Once the integrity of the grout has been established, a high quality tile cleaning detergent is sprayed onto your tiles and grout.
2. The tiled area is initially cleaned by hand using a grout cleaning brush.
3. A high pressure tile cleaning head is attached to the advanced Razorback extraction machine.
4. The detergent is extracted off your tiles, removing dirt and grime under high pressure which is contained to the cleaning head.

Please note: certain stains such as rust marks and calcium and lime deposits are unable to be successfully removed. Gary will be happy to discuss and provide advice for you as to what you can expect from the process.
