Back then the business was known as Continental Cleaning Services. Services offered were general cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. Carpet cleaning was done using machines that were imported from Germany and at the time, were the latest innovation in the water extraction cleaning method.
In 1979 the Lang Family sold Continental Cleaning Services and moved to Brisbane. A new business was opened and known as Lang’s Continental Carpet Cleaning Service. Gary began working for the business in 1980 and he and Deborah purchased it in 1982. Gary became licenced as a Pest Management Technician in 1988 and this new service proved to be very popular with clients who wanted both services to be performed by one operator.
This additional service led to an addendum to the name and Lang’s Continental Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control Service was registered in 1989. Tile cleaning was added to the list of services.
Gary and Deborah continue as the owner / operators of Lang’s Continental Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control and are proud of the reputation they have built over the years. A strong, recurrent client base is testimony to Gary’s commitment to professional, high quality service. One regular client coined the phrase: “Why try the rest when you can have the best”.

Most stains, if treated early, can be removed.
Problem stains are: inks, dyes, food colourings and old urine stains.
